Three Days of Satisfaction

It's only been 3 days since I have been using the FreeStyle Libre 3 but are any love it. For 20+ years I have been pricking my fingers until they were bruised and calloused. Because of that, I only tested my blood once a day when I am supposed to do it 4 times. Now I can check it every hour if I want and see how much of my day is in the green. I fought with Medicare for almost 2 years and was not approved. I love this Diabetic Warehouse and its support.

Mixed Feelings: Great Continuous Monitoring, but Confusing Reader Issues

I bought both the sensors and the reader, along with some accessories. I placed the sensor on my arm without any issues and initiated it using the app. However, when I tried to do the same with the reader, it displayed a message saying that if you initiated it with the app, it cannot be used with the reader. This doesn’t make sense, and I believe I should have been informed of this restriction before purchasing the reader.

On the other hand, the continuous monitoring works very well.

Signal loss all the time

I keep on getting signal loss alarms, even when I had the reader in my shirt pocket . Called Diabetic Warehouse, told to contact the manufacturer. Spoke to customer service at Libre 3, told that it was rare, but refused to replace sensor, but suggested scanning the reader to reconnect. It seems to be a lot of trouble to keep the sensor and the reader alive and alert!
