I have found it to be very helpful in keeping the soles and heels of my feet from becoming dry and cracked, which would provide a route for infection. It also forces me to inspect my feet on a regular basis.
opened the first canister, and had 4 failure codes in a row. That meant I had to stick myself 5 times to get one valid reading. Not great.
